Meditation

Learn the biblical art of meditation. Biblical meditation is a diligent search. Whereas religious cults teach people to empty their minds as a means of meditation, the Bible teaches us to fill our minds with God’s Word. Meditation requires a quiet heart and a directed mind. When you mull a word over in your heart, pursuing truth in the same way that an inquisitive child’s heart pursues a matter, that is meditation. “I will meditate within my heart, and my spirit makes diligent search” (Ps. 77: 6).
