The key to enjoying and benefitting from those times, the way tomove from duty to delight, was to have my eyes opened t the way I am thought of by my Father God. This is absolutely crucial when it comes to our devotions, our prayer lives, and it was a turning point in my journey as a Christian when God spoke to me many years ago and opened my eyes to his outrageous, extravagant, gracious love for me.
