In modern psychology ‘Worry’ refiers to the cognitive aspects of anxiety — the tendency to go round and round in ‘What it?’ circles. lt involves ‘elaborative cognitive processing’ , something that is all well and good in its place but can cause problems if it gets out of control, Winding us up to a fever pitch of anxiety. lt is the opposite is mindfulness.
