If the Spirit was so necessary for Christ, He should be every bit as important to you. Jesus was born of the Spirit, anointed by the Spirit, cast out devils by the Spirit, received his fullness by the Spirit, and performed miracles by the Spirit.
And it was by the Holy Ghost that He taught, gave commands, empowered and governed; offered Himself on the cross, and was resurrected.
“How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot
to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve living God?” (Heb. 9:14). The same” Spirit that was essential or the earthly work of Christ is necessary for you.
